Essential Church welcomes people of all types, backgrounds

MADISON – For individuals who prefer a contemporary, casual atmosphere, Essential Church is opening a site in Madison.

“This is a church for anyone who feels church isn’t for them. You are welcome here!” Rev. T.J. Mosser said. He is Location Pastor for the Madison site.

“We don’t care what you wear, how many piercings or tattoos you have, what candidate you voted for or even if you know anything about the Bible,” Mosser said. “We are a church filled with people just like you with every kind of story imaginable.”

Essential Church will offer excellent programs for families with “relevant Biblical teaching in an engaging and understandable way. (The building) has safe and clean environments,” Mosser said.

The church held its launch service for Madison on Easter 2022, April 17. Currently, their meeting site is Heritage Elementary School at 11775 County Line Road in Madison.

“We are a church for people who feel church isn’t for them. We don’t care what you wear, what you look like, what candidate you voted for or even if you know anything about the Bible,” Mosser said.

“We’re a church filled with people just like you with every kind of story imaginable,” Mosser said.

People attending the church will hear great music. Casual dress is the accepted attire. Everyone can have a snack with free coffee and beverages from Piper and Leaf Tea Company.

Currently, Essential Church is holding monthly meetings in Madison. “There’s plenty of fun and meaningful activities happening between the monthly services,” Mosser said.

“We’ll begin meeting every Sunday morning at Heritage elementary starting Aug. 14,” Mosser said. “Services will start at 10 a.m. and are perfect for everyone. We also offer safe, kid-friendly Sunday morning activities for ages birth through fifth grade.”

“We’re happy to be a part of the Madison community!” Mosser said.

Services last approximately 60 minutes. First-time guests will receive a gift.

“You can find genuine friends – people just like you,” Mosser said. “It’s easy to get involved when you’re ready.”

The church’s headquarters are in Huntsville’s Five Points neighborhood at 801 Beirne Ave.

“Message us with any questions,” Mosser said. For more information, email Mosser at tj@essentialmad.com or visit EssentialMAD.com or EssentialHSV.com.
