MADISON – Madison Visionary Partners or MVP has ended its search for an Executive Director with the appointment of Christina Hearne.

A seasoned professional, Hearne has achieved extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement and organizational development. Most recently, she served as Professional Standards and Education Manager at Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS or HAAR.

At HAAR, Hearne oversaw the processes for arbitration, mediation and code of ethics enforcement and coordinated all continuing education and professional development courses for members. She also managed their largest event, the elev8 Realtor Tech Conference held every two years.

In a previous tenure with HAAR, she served as Director of Administration. In this position, she managed the Professional Development, Governmental Affairs and Communication/ Marketing departments to foster a collaborative environment within the organization.

In between her roles at HAAR, she served as Development and Marketing Director at Village of Promise or VoP. She effectively managed communications and event coordination, including working as lead for VoP’s largest fundraising events, One Table Huntsville and the Speaker Series.

Hearne also brings program management expertise developed during her time at Leadership Greater Huntsville. She developed and maintained relationships with business and community leaders. She also supervised intense, effective leadership programs and developed a dynamic alumni curriculum in collaboration with dedicated volunteers.
