UAH stays perfect at 10–0 in GSC play with 14th straight victory

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – UAH women’s basketball continued its historic run Saturday afternoon, defeating Auburn Montgomery 75–50 to extend its program-record winning streak to 14 games.

UAH set the tone early, scoring 21 points in the first quarter to jump out to an early advantage. Ivey Maddox helped fuel the fast start, scoring seven points in the opening period as the Chargers controlled the tempo from the outset.

By halftime, UAH had built a 12-point lead, and the Chargers never looked back. UAH maintained its momentum throughout the second half, pushing the lead further behind efficient offensive play and strong defensive pressure.

Lili Wilken led all scorers with 24 points, continuing her standout season as the Chargers’ offensive anchor. Chloe Siegel delivered one of the best performances of her career, finishing with a career-high 19 points while shooting 7-of-8 from the field and 4-of-5 from three-point range.

With the win, UAH improved to 10–0 in Gulf South Conference play and remained perfect on the road at 6–0 this season.

The Chargers’ road trip will continue next weekend as UAH travels to Livingston, Ala., to face West Alabama on Saturday, Jan. 17, at 2 p.m., with the Chargers looking to push their winning streak to 15 games.
