Fujio graduates Magna cum Laude from UAB
Heather L. Fujio, a 1999 honor graduate from Bob Jones High School, recently graduated Magna cum Laude from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a bachelor of science degree in biology. The university requires a grade point average of 3.70 to 3.89. Fujio plans to attend medical school this fall. She is the daughter of Hirome and Cindy Fujio.
Area students named to BSC dean's list
Elaina Magnuso and Shema Mbyirukira of Madison have been named to the dean's list at Birmingham Southern College for the fall term.
Madison man named to University of North Carolina
Benjamen Scott Webster of Madison has been named to the dean's list at The University of North Carolina. The dean's list is made up of full-time students who have achieved between 3.4 and 3.99 grade point average.
