Fire Summary Report The Madison Fire Department reported 44 incidents between June 9 and June 15. * Air-Gas Rupture – 1 * Ambulance Assist – 7 * Emergency Medical Call – 19 * Good Intent Call – 4 * Rescue Call – 6 * Service Call – 2 * Situation Found Not Classified – 2 * Smoke Scare – 1 * Dpill/Leak No Ignition – 1 * Vehicle Fire – 1
Building Permits The Madison Community Development Department issued 12 commercial and residential building permits between June 9 and June 15 for a total of $3,280.77. * 110-A Skate Park Drive – Commercial – $105 * 132 Lakeshore Drive – Residential – $260 * 222 Bridgefield Road – Residential – $466 * 118 Brookdel Drive – Residential – $44.66 * 167 Intracoastal Drive – Residential – $562.66 * 104 Green Fern Street – Residential – $305.85 * 180 Elderado – Residential – $127.98 * 202 Walden Glen Road – Residential – $427.88 * 138 Tidewater Drive – Residential – $417.80 * 180 Elderado Drive – Residential – $3.36 * 103 Erie Circle – Residential – $5 * 809 Rainbow Ridge – Residential – $509.58
There were 23 electrical permits issued for a total of $587. There were 11 gas permits issued for a total of $175. There was one home occupation permit issued for $37.50. There were 18 mechanical permits issued for a total of $482. There was one miscellaneous permit issued for $1 and one permit was issued for MP moving for $35. There were 11 plumbing permits issued for a total of $502.
The grand total for all permits issued between June 9 and June 15 was 78 for a total of $5,055.27.
