Linda Faye Atkinson of Madison passed away Sunday, Oct. 17. She was 71.

Mrs. Atkinson, a former Real Estate broker in Madison County, was a charter member of Grace Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church. Her husband, Fred Atkinson, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons, Robbie Atkinson and Ricky Lee Atkinson and wife Ricky; two daughters, Sherry Atkinson Black and Cindi Dewild and husband Joel; sister, Peggy Wooten; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Visitation with the family was from 6 to 8 p.m. Oct. 18 at Berryhill Funeral Home. Chapel services were at 2 p.m. Oct. 19 with Pastor Ray Wooten officiating. Interment followed at Madison City Cemetery.
