Target holding job fair Thursday, Friday

Merchandise retailer Target is holding a job fair this Thursday and Friday for those interested in employment with the company.

The Target location in Madison, which opens in March, is expecting to hire some 140 new team members.

People interested in joining the Madison Target team are invited to a two-day job fair Jan. 12-13 to learn more about Target and interview for positions available throughout the new store. (People can also apply online at Target.com/careers or at kiosks located in all Target stores.)

The job fair will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 12 and 13 at the Monrovia Community Center, located at 254 Allen Drake Drive.

The store is expected to open in March.
