She was booked in the Madison County Detention Center on Sunday, then she posted her $15,000 bond.

She, like her husband  is charged with hindering prosecution.

Safia and Hammad Memon were both captured in Dallas, Texas on Friday, April 13.  Hammad Memon is charged with the murder of a classmate at Discovery Middle School in 2010.

Authorities believed Memon was trying to leave the United States after he had allegedly obtained a Pakistani passport.

He is scheduled to stand trial in June for the death of Todd Brown.
