Former Walmart employee arrested for theft

MADISON — A former Walmart employee was arrested for theft after investigators found out she had let some items slipped through the cracks. aiding

Carrie Nicole Williamson, 32, was arrested on March 18 in Madison. Madison Police allege that Williamson and possibly others helped contribute to numerous items being stolen from the Walmart at 8650 Madison Blvd. in Madison.

“Ms. Williamson was failing to ring up items for family members and friends as they came through her line,” a release from police read. “Other arrests are forthcoming as a result of this investigation and some of the property has been recovered.”

Williamson was charged with Theft of Property, 2nd Degree an Theft of Property, 3rd Degree.
