Fred J. “Fritz” Eisenbeis; April 28, 2013

Fred J. “Fritz” Eisenbeis, 89, of Meridianville, passed away Sunday, April 28.
Mr. Eisenbeis was the Draught Beer Manager at D. Canale and Co. in Memphis Tenn., later the owner of Fritz’s 51 Market in Hernando, Miss., and served as a Deputy Sheriff in Desoto County, Miss.  A 4th Degree in the Knights of Columbus, he was also a parishioner at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.

Mr. Eisenbeis was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Nell England Eisenbeis.

Survivors include daughters, Patricia Eisenbeis Thompson (Jeff) of Meridianville, and Sharon Eisenbeis O’Ball (David) of Toronto, Ontario; granddaughter, Anna C. Thompson; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 1 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Huntsville. A funeral mass will follow at the church with Father Michael Mac Mahon officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pope John Paul II Catholic High School, 7301 Old Madison Pike, Huntsville, AL  35806.
