Dr. Jeremy Wayne Galusha; June 27, 2013

Dr. Jeremy Wayne Galusha, 37, of Madison passed away Thursday, June 27.

Jeremy was a native of Denver, Colo. and a resident of Madison County for the past three years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, earning the Meritorious Service Medal. He was employed with Radiance Technologies.

Survivors include his wife, Carla Swick Galusha; one daughter, Vivian Galusha; two sons, Colin Galusha and Holden Galusha; his parents, David Lee and Rebecca Sue Galusha; one sister, Jeanine Marie Galusha-Glasscock; one brother, Christopher Brian Galusha; his aunt, Randi Wallberg; a special cousin, Bill Wallberg; and family.

Visitation was Tuesday, July 2 from noon until 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 2 p.m. chapel service. Burial will be at a later date in Hallsville, Texas.
