MADISON – Heritage Elementary School will host a Meet & Greet session on Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

“The Meet & Greet is just an informal opportunity for us to gather and get to know each other more,” Principal Dr. Georgina Pipes Nelson said. “The PTA is sponsoring the event and would love for students, parents and anyone in the community to gather together on this night in the school’s media center.”

School families and residents can welcome Nelson as the new principal at Heritage.

“At the Meet & Greet, the community can mingle with the staff and faculty and enjoy some cookies and punch,” Nelson said. “We hope you’ll join us as we head towards a wonderful school year.”
