Cabinet Document Management Solutions (Cabinet) of Madison is a leading provider of document management software and workflow software for small and medium-sized businesses. Cabinet specializes in industry-specific configurations designed to help businesses quickly achieve paperless solutions that scale with business growth and deliver bottom-line savings.

Just south of Atlanta, Newman is the county seat of Coweta County and home to approximately 34,000 residents. More than a dozen departments generate hundreds of documents daily.

“After researching several document management software systems, Newnan found its solution in Cabinet SAFE,” Cabinet President Andrew Bailey said.

“By partnering with Cabinet, the City of Newnan now has a centralized, searchable system that allows administrators to easily find the documents that they’re looking for … without having to visit City Hall’s basement and hand-sort hundreds of papers,” Bailey said. “That means improved efficiency, less opportunity for errors and the ability to serve the residents of Newnan more quickly.”

Cabinet’s affordable document management software and workflow management software allows small and mid-sized businesses to enjoy the efficiency and security benefits of a paperless office, Bailey said. Cabinet’s core solution, SAFE, combines document management software with workflows, scheduling, filing sharing and advanced integration capabilities.

SAFE software allows organizations to manage tasks and support secure collaboration with instantly accessible documents – on mobile devices, in the cloud or enterprise-wide.

In addition, Cabinet has released a multimedia white paper addressing the integration of QuickBooks for a paperless office. The 15-page whitepaper, “QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions and the Paperless Office,” gives QuickBooks users the tools to go paperless.

Cabinet’s CLOUD solution is their fastest growing segment, with data centers in Tennessee and Alabama serving thousands of users.

Cabinet’s headquarters are located at 500 Lanier Road in Building 1, Suite B in Madison.
