A release by the Madison Police Department on May 22 informed the public that the third suspect in an armed home invasion in January has been captured and has been charged with two counts of first-degree robbery and one count of first-degree burglary.

On May 15, the Department sent a release that stated the months-long investigation was concluded and that two of the three suspects had been arrested for their alleged part in the robbery.

The latest message from the MPD stated that the third suspect, Deandre Shamon Wilson, 29, of Huntsville, was apprehended on May 19 “with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Service.”

The official release from the MPD stated that Wilson, like the two other suspects caught -Dylan Tyrone Wilson and Jaylen Marrez McClendon – was booked into the Madison County Jail for a $120,000 bond. However, jail records show Wilson still in jail with a revoked bond on top of a charge of driving with a suspended license and the robbery and burglary charges.

“The Madison Police Department would like to thank the public and members of the community around Portal Ln. for their patience and support during the investigation. We would also like to thank the public for tips that may have aided in the capture of these individuals,” The May 22 release finished.
