Madison elementary students bring history to life

MADISON – Students portrayed inventors, legends in athletics, politicians and other famous figures for the Living History Museum at Madison Elementary School.

The youngsters saw history in a realistic way and now better understand the impact of these famous personalities, assistant principal Britt Lovelace said about the event on April 2.

Complete with wiry, white hair and a pipe, Owen Long portrayed Albert Einstein. Colby Bong decided to depict Thomas Edison with his historical representation. Both boys are fifth-grade students at Madison elementary.
