Liberty cheerleaders rank first in state

MADISON – The competition cheerleading squad from Liberty Middle School placed first in state competition on Nov. 21.

Liberty cheerleaders ranked in first place among schools in Alabama’s 7A medium-sized schools in the junior high division held at Wallace College in Hanceville, math teacher Jodi Jones said.

Social science teacher Michelle Breeden and special education teacher Natalie B. Lane sponsor the Liberty cheer squad.
