Legislators plan public forum

State legislators from Madison County will conduct a public forum on Jan. 25 at 7 p.m. CONTRIBUTED

HUNTSVILLE – The Madison County State Legislative Delegation will conduct its annual Public Forum on Jan. 25.

The event will be held in Huntsville Municipal Building, 308 Fountain Circle in Huntsville City Council Chambers from 7 to 9 p.m.

The legislators urged residents to take this opportunity to meet state senators and representatives. Individuals can express their views on local and state issues that concern them.

Any individual that wants to speak must sign a schedule sheet that will be available at 6:30 p.m. Speakers will be limited to three minutes to express concerns and issues. Speakers from the public are encouraged to bring printed material to give to the delegation of legislators.
