AYSO United – North Alabama announces tryouts

MADISON – A new sports organization for this region, AYSO United – North Alabama encourages boys and girls to try out for play this season.

“Last year, AYSO rolled out 17 club-level programs across the country. With much support from AYSO National, Alabama Soccer Association and local volunteers, we are proud to announce AYSO United – North Alabama,” Club Administrator Joe Mullins said.

“We are going to be an affordable club program but, more importantly, our mission is ‘Development Over Winning,’ which means 50 percent playing time for every player,” Mullins said. AYSO United – North Alabama will have locations in Madison, Huntsville, Arab, Cullman, Hartselle, Danville, Athens, Guntersville and surrounding communities.

“AYSO United – North Alabama serves our AYSO programs in North Alabama, allowing our players to compete in the Alabama State Association,” Mullins said. “Our club is committed to providing our players with the opportunity to play against other club programs the AYSO way.”

AYSO United – North Alabama is a “tremendous program to be part of. We’re committed to quality coaching and a positive experience,” he said.
