County Line Road Concerts debut June 3

MADISON – A new entertainment option will open in Madison on June 3 with the debut of County Line Road Concerts.

During each Sunday in June, a free concert will be presented at 6 p.m. at Heritage Park, which is adjacent to Heritage Church, 29768 Huntsville Brownsferry Road (.25 mile west of Walgreens), spokesperson Leigh Christian said.

On June 3, the opening act will be Studio H Dance Company. Then, the Mike and Danny Show will perform as the only ‘Troprock/Sandgrass’ duo in town. Troprock blends folk, country, blues and reggae. Sandgrass is Toprock with banjo added, according to the website countylineroadconcertseries.com.

Bubble blowing will be the children’s activity on June 3.

Huntsville Drum Line will open with their captivating sounds on June 10. Groove promises dance party/Top 40 Pop/rhythm and blues/funk music from the 1960s to today’s most popular hits. Groove’s high-energy style guarantees to make the audience smile and start moving. Kids will get free boom sticks.

Delaney Faulds will perform as the opener on June 17. The main act, The Zooks is no stranger to Madison audiences. The group organized in February 2000 on Kwajalein in the Marshall Islands. They continue to play the same classic rock today. Children will receive free boomerangs.

Musicology Rock Band will open the fun on June 24. Then, the audience will enjoy the sounds of Caitlyn and the Friend Zone. Spectators never know which of Caitlyn’s friends will appear on stage as Caitlyn performs covers of today’s most popular hits. Beach balls will be the freebie gift for children.

Spectators can satisfy their appetites with food trucks, including Highway Kabobery, I Love Bacon, Bad News BBQ and Tropical sno.

Sponsors for County Line Road Concerts include Legend Realty – Linda Morgan, Studio H Dance Company, Musicology, Heritage Church and Rocket City Maids.
