Library to host ‘The ABCs of Medicare’ on June 23

MADISON – An industry professional will explain “The ABCs of Medicare” on June 23 at Madison Public Library, Auditorium 1.

This free session will run from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Wilson Coffman, an Independent Benefits Advisor, will conduct the workshop that will focus on Medicare and Social Security benefits, especially on a senior citizen’s transition into Medicare and retirement advice.

The ABCs of Medicare workshop will define Medicare and its four parts — A, B, C and D. Other topics will include Medicare Supplements, Medicare Select and Medicare Advantage Plans, annual open enrollment and special enrollment periods and Medicare prescription drug coverage.
