COVID-19 Tuesday evening update
There are a total of 3,953 cases of COVID-19 in Alabama, according to the ADPH as of Tuesday, April 14, at 6 p.m. There are currently 602,989 cases of COVID-19 nationwide, with 25,575 deaths and 46,515 recovered, according to Johns Hopkins University.
Madison County increased from 188 cases this morning to 191 with three deaths from the virus. Limestone County remained at 37 cases.
Of 114 deaths reported statewide, 73 have been confirmed as due to the virus across the state by the ADPH. The department also reports 493 total hospitalizations due to COVID-19.
