Planning ahead for next school year? Heritage’s Trip Planner can help
MADISON – Currently, Madison City Schools’ students, teachers and staff are settled into summer vacation. However, the first day of the 20262027 school year will soon arrive.
To arrange for vacations and holidays, families can look ahead with the Trip Planner, the brainchild of the staff of Heritage Elementary School.
“Planning ahead helps support student success. Our 2026-2027 Trip Planner highlights school breaks and extended weekends throughout the year, making it easier for families to schedule travel while minimizing missed instructional time,” according to Heritage’s website, hrtg.madisoncity.k12. al.us.
“Every day matters, and together we can help students stay connected to learning,” according to the staff. “Please help us reduce absences by planning ahead for trips during school breaks.”
