City Engineering Contracts Manager Susan Klopfenstein was picked as the City Employee of the Year. Bobby Phillips was chosen as Firefighter of the Year and Mark Bray was chosen as Police Officer of the Year. Each one received a plaque and a monetary award to acknowledge their efforts.
