Mr. Allen, a U.S. Army veteran, retired from the City of Madison.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Allen; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Heather Allen; daughter, Kelly Sims; brother, Dennis Allen; and four grandchildren, Parker and Emma Claire Sims and Riley and Kate Allen.

Visitation with the family will be Saturday, April 9 from 2 p.m. until the start of chapel services at 4 p.m. with Jeff Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Madison Memory Gardens. Donations may be made to First Commercial Bank of Madison in the name of Albert Allen.
