IBERIABANK lends community money and cheerful attitudes

Since IBERIABANK came to Madison in 2009, they have provided residents a community-based banking option.

Vice President and Branch Manager Faith Miller has been in the banking industry since 1974 and has been managing bank branches since 1998.

“Being a branch manager for a bank can be very fulfilling,” Miller said. “Of course it is most important to find a bank to work for that share your passion too.  I believe I have found that at IBERIABANK.”

Miller said that IBERIABANK has been in business since 1887.

IBERIABANK came to the Huntsville and Madison area when it acquired Capital South Bank.

Miller said this allowed the bank to expand its business to Alabama.

“We are a bank that is big enough to service any of the clients here in town, but small enough to actually know them,” Miller said.

Miller said that IBERIABANK offers customized banking packages of personal and small business products for deposits and loans with a special focus on private banking and medical banking.

“I don’t believe in ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to banking,” Miller said. “I find it challenging to discern the needs of the client and then match them with the appropriate bank product or referral.”

Miller said the banks focus is on their local customers and their needs.

“I would describe IBERIABANK to someone who isn’t familiar with it as a breath of fresh air when it comes to banking,” Miller said. “We are very community oriented and are focused on what’s going on in Huntsville and Madison.”

Miller said some of their most popular services are their Freedom checking accounts, wealth management solutions, mortgage lending and our Home Equity Lines of Credit.

Miller said that IBERIABANK hopes to have more locations in the Madison County area in the future.

“Although you may hear this from other banks, we truly operate as a community-focused bank in Huntsville and Madison that celebrates having local decisions from people who know and understand the heartbeat of Huntsville and Madison,” Miller said.
