She was born April 26, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents George Raymond and Mary Elizabeth Goss.

Pamela graduated from Gadsden High in 1960 and Jacksonville State University in 1964. It was at Jacksonville State that she met her husband Billy. After graduating in May, she and Billy were married in June and began their military life. As a military wife and mother for over twenty years she lived in many places to include Kansas, Louisiana, Labrador, Kentucky, Maryland, Arizona, Nebraska, California, North Carolina and France. Since 1984 she has lived in Madison and enjoyed many friends in the area, especially those of the several bridge groups in which she was a long-time member.

Memorial services will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 3,  with Revered Marcus Long officiating. Madison Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.madisonchapelfuneralhome.com

In lieu of flowers the family recommends that any donations be given to The Russel Hill Cancer Foundation and The Clearview Cancer Institute.
