Donald E. Woodliff; Oct. 17, 2011

Donald Eugene Woodliff, 76, of Madison passed away Monday, Oct. 17.

He was preceded in death by son, Shawn Woodliff.

Surviving are wife his, Shirley O’Rear Woodliff of Madison; son, Steve Woodliff; son, Jack Woodliff; son, Geoff Woodliff; daughter, Donna Holmes; daughter, Mary Ann Watts; daughter, Louise Rein; brother, James Woodliff; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held at Keel Cemetery at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18 with the Rev. Tony Johnson officiating.

In lieu of flowers friends may make memorial donations to their favorite charity.
