Jack Larry Hayes, 61, of Madison, passed away on Friday, May 3.

He was employed at Avocent/Emerson Electronics as an engineer.

Mr. Hayes was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mavis Hayes of Gadsden.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Hayes; son, Jason Hayes; sister, Carolyn Wagner; and brother, David Hayes.

Visitation was Monday, May 6 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home followed by a 2 p.m. memorial service with Rev. Donald Wagner officiating.
