Jeanette Saig
April 6, 1945  –  October 7, 2013

Jeanette Gordon Saig, age 68, born April 6, 1945 in Jacksonville, FL, resident of Madison, AL, at 4:25 Monday morning, left this world and was welcomed to her new home by the loving arms of her Heavenly Father. Known for her fried chicken and lasagna (among many other recipes), she is now feasting in Heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There is a peace in knowing that she is rejoicing in the Kingdom with our Lord and those who passed before her. She leaves a legacy of children and grandchild with memories of strength, determination, wisdom and a warm smile. We send a sincere thank you to everyone for your prayers, support and kind words during this time.

Mrs. Saig was preceded in death by her father, Jack Gordon and brother, Phillip Gordon.
Survivors include her husband, Frank Saig; son, Christopher Saig; daughter, Lisa House; granddaughter, Tiffany Renshaw; mother, Vivian Carver; brother, James Gordon; and sisters, Dorothy Milligan and Glennie Chavis; and a multitude of nationwide lifelong friends.

A memorial service was held Saturday October 12, 2013 with visitation  immediately following at Laughlin Service Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

John 14: 1-4
Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you may also be where I am. You know the way to the place I am going.
