MADISON – Before youngsters return to the classroom, Hogan Family YMCA is giving them a big send-off with a splash on Aug. 2.

The YMCA in Madison will host the “Back 2 School Splash Bash!” for a night of family fun on Aug. 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. The bash is free to YMCA members.

Also, members can invite a ‘friend’ family for free. Without a YMCA member escort, individuals who aren’t members will pay $10 per family.

The splash bash will include Poolside DJ Clay and door prizes. Vendors will sell food, drinks and snacks, such as Shape-Up Nutrition Bars and Hawaiian Shaved Ice. The O Taste & See BBQ food truck will sell barbecue.
