MADISON, TRIANA – Local businesswoman and elected official Mary Caudle has co-authored a book, “Ohhmazing Wellness: Shift Your Vision and Create the Healthy and Happy Lifestyle You Deserve.”

Caudle is mayor of the City of Triana and owns Assist Practice Management Services LLC.

“Ohhmazing Wellness” tells about 31 women from around the world “who share their personal stories to empower women everywhere to believe in integrative wellness,” Caudle said. Released in October, the book already has reached the “International Best Seller” list.

“These courageous women take you on a journey through their lives — revealing their struggle, despair, boldness and triumph and bring you to an inspired space of living and a healthy and happy lifestyle through love, truth and acceptance,” she said.

Caudle’s motivation for the book came from co-author Michelle Grandy. “Michelle presented her vision about … collaborating with women across the world by allowing them to share their stories from the heart,” Caudle said.

Chapters include “Mind & Spirit,” “Relationships,” “Food & Nutrition,” “Career & Entrepreneurship,” “Fitness & Movement,” “Spa & Beauty,” “Health & Holistic Healing” and “Finances.” “Each chapter is an absolute gem and a source of ‘ohhmazing’ inspiration,” Caudle said.

Caudle’s chapter, “Leaning Forward,” is in the “Career & Entrepreneurship” section. Her chapter tells how she “keeps leaning forward to reach the goal of entrepreneurship. When you’re in the public eye, it is hard to reveal personal things about yourself; however, if it helps someone else, it was all worth it,” Caudle said.

“This book is the only tool you’ll ever need to step onto the path towards your own success with wellness, confidence and self-love,” Caudle said.

The co-authors want readers to feel inspiration … “a comfort in knowing that there’s good in every bad thing that happens to you in life,” she said.

Caudle’s children are LaToya, Ian and Brandon. Her grandchildren are Briana, Jalen, Jada and Brandon.

Caudle is available for book signings. For more information, call 256-651-6288, email to mcaudle@assistpm.com or visit ohhmazingwellness.com or Facebook/Mary Caudle.
