Mr. Douglas Wayne Hazlitt August 6, 1955 – November 15, 2014

Funeral service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Bethlehem Primitive Baptist Church (7565 Greenbrier Road, Madison, Alabama) with Reverend Marcus Baker officiating. Mr. Hazlitt lay in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public Viewing was held from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 2014 and from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2014 at the Mason Chapel Funeral Home, Athens, AL.
