MADISON — Rachael Benton of Madison will debut Rachael Benton Clothing Designs during Fashion Week Alabama.

Fashion week activities will be held March 7 at the DesignLab facility at Lincoln Mill, 1300 Meridian St. in Huntsville.

Benton is launching her exclusive line of clothing for children. A single mother of four children, Benton works as an engineer and is an Alabama Fashion Alliance board member.

Benton’s designs are inspired by local children and through collaboration with models and photographers. From formal occasions to playground fashion, her work shows that quality and style have equal priority, resulting in beautiful clothing that lasts.

“Fashion Week Alabama is Huntsville’s premier fashion event and serves as a marketing platform for the fashion and beauty industries,” founder and Huntsville designer Ellena LeJeune Smith said. “Businesses and professionals unite to gain greater visibility and increase customer interest in the various products and services offered.”
