Seed Celebration set for Feb. 10

Tennessee Community Garden Association will present the Seed Celebration on Feb. 10 at 6 p.m. in Ridley Hall at the Church of the Nativity, 208 Eustis Ave. SE in Huntsville CONTRIBUTED

HUNTSVILLE – The fifth annual Seed Celebration will be held in Ridley Hall at the Church of the Nativity, 208 Eustis Ave. SE in Huntsville.

The event will start at 6 p.m. on Feb. 10.

Heirloom seeds will be sold for planting in spring gardens. Local entertainers will provide music for the audience. Food items also will be available for purchase. Individuals associated with the Sand Mountain Seed Bank will give a special presentation.

The event sponsor is Tennessee Community Garden Association. Organizers suggest that guests make donations up to $30. Event proceeds will benefit the Sand Mountain Seed Bank.
