Groundbreaking on Madison County’s fourth Ardent Preschool and Daycare to be held today in Town Madison

MADISON — Madison County’s fourth Ardent Preschool and Daycare is coming to Town Madison. TJ and Sherry Lee of Leeland Ventures, along with Ardent Preschool CEO John LaBreche, are partnering with Breland Companies to break ground on the new location today at 2 p.m. Ardent Preschool and Daycare will be located at 530 Dunlop Boulevard in Town Madison.

“There is simply nothing like the Ardent Preschool experience,” said TJ Lee. “From the moment you enter the spacious, beautifully designed, state of the art facilities, or drop your child off in one of Ardent’s colorful, well-appointed classrooms, you are met with a caring, highly qualified staff. You quickly relax as a parent, re-assured your children will be cared for in a safe, secure, Christian-based environment.”

The new 24,162-square-foot facility will sit on a 3.23-acre site in the heart of Town Madison, a premier community in the region. Located between two upscale residential districts, The Heights and The Commons, and adjacent to the historic Madison Golf Center and Quarry Park, the school will be highly accessible and visible to residents.

Set to open in fall 2025, the new facility will offer full-time, year-round daycare for infants as young as six weeks through preschool. The school will provide a wholesome, Christian-based learning environment and feature 18 modern classrooms, a full kitchen, and large indoor play areas.

Outdoor amenities will include a splash pad, a covered playground, and a soccer field, all designed to give children plenty of opportunities for safe, engaging play. Security will be a top priority, with features like video surveillance, mag-lock doors, and coded entry/exit systems.

Like Ardent’s other locations in Redstone Gateway, Clift Farm, and Jones Valley, the Town Madison site was chosen for its central location and easy access for North Alabama’s growing workforce.

Lee, with over 35 years of experience in developing Christian educational facilities, views this new Ardent Preschool as another chance to serve the community by offering high-quality, faith-based education for local families.

Ardent’s LaBreche echoes the sentiment.

“We’re proud to bring Ardent’s eighth location in Alabama to Town Madison, continuing our commitment to provide the best childcare and educational experience,” he said.
