Chick-fil-A® in Town Madison to open Thursday

MADISON – The new Chick-fil-A® restaurant in Town Madison is planning to open Thursday. This will be the second Madison location for franchise owner Norman Dull.

Located at 110 Tom Thrasher Lane, Chick-fil-A Town Madison will be open for dine-in, drive-thru, carry-out and Mobile Thru from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Chick-fil-A Town Madison will also feature a playground to serve guests with children.

The Town Madison restaurant joins 18 other Chick-fil-A restaurants serving the wider Huntsville-Decatur market.

The new location will employ approximately 100 full- and part-time employees.

Dull’s journey with Chick-fil-A began at the age of 15, where he worked alongside his mother as a team member at their local Chick-fil-A in Huntsville. Motivated by an inspiring encounter with Chick-fil-A’s founder S. Truett Cathy, Dull chose to fully pursue his career with the brand, setting his sights on ownership. His passion, leadership and service led to his dream being achieved when he selected as the local owner-operator of Chick-fil-A Clift Farms, the first Chick-fil-A in Madison, in 1995. He will continue to operate that restaurant alongside his new location.

For the past 25 years, the Dull family has proudly called Madison home. His wife, Danielle, and their son, Matt, both serve on the team in leadership roles. His family and his team have committed themselves to creating an environment where Guests can expect genuine care, signature hospitality and delicious food. With the opening of Chick-fil-A Town Madison, Dull is excited to reach more Guests and deepen his connection with this community.

“After over 40 years in this business, I’ve learned that it’s truly all about the people,” said Dull. “Opening our second restaurant gives us the incredible opportunity to show care to new Guests, develop new Team Members and create new memories with our neighbors,” said Dull. “Madison is more than where we work; it’s our home, and we want everyone to feel welcomed at Chick-fil-A Town Madison.”

Caring for the Madison Community
In celebration of the opening, Chick-fil-A, Inc. has donated $25,000 to Feeding America in honor of the new restaurant. These funds will be distributed to partners in the greater Huntsville-Decatur area to aid in the fight against hunger.

Dunn’s restaurant will plan to participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, an initiative that redirects surplus food from the restaurant to local soup kitchens, shelters, food banks and nonprofits in need. To date, more than 30 million meals have been created from Chick-fil-A Shared Table donations from over 2,200 Chick-fil-A restaurants throughout the U.S. and Canada.

In addition, Chick-fil-A Town Madison is recognizing 100 local heroes making an impact in the Madison area by providing them with free Chick-fil-A entrées for a year.
