For 6th year, Matt Curtis Real Estate named no. 1 in state

HUNTSVILLE – For the sixth consecutive year, Matt Curtis Real Estate has been ranked as the no. 1 real estate team in Alabama.

In addition, this team is continuing its rise among the top 100 real estate teams in the United States and now is ranked at no. 57 nationally.

“This recognition is a testament to our amazing team, the trust of our clients and the mission that drives us,” Matt Curtis said. He is Founder and President of Matt Curtis Real Estate.

“It’s not just about the number of homes we sell — it’s about the lives we impact along the way,” Curtis said.

This milestone reflects a track record of excellence that includes several successes:

• 8,000-plus homes sold.

• More than $2 billion in total sales.

• Five-star reviews from 4,000-plus individuals.

• “Inc. 5000” honoree for five times.

• “Best Place to Work” winner for two times.

What truly sets the team apart is its purpose-driven approach. For every 100 homes sold, Matt Curtis Real Estate funds the construction of a home for a family in need in Central America.

To-date, the team has helped build 148 homes abroad — with its 150th home scheduled for completion in fall 2025. Additionally, the team recently celebrated the near completion of the Curtis Cares Center in partnership with the Kids to Love Foundation, providing vital resources for local foster youth.

“This is separation season. While others slow down, our team is doubling down,” Curtis said. “We’re not just celebrating — we’re focused on winning no. 7 (in the multi-year record of claiming the top spot for agencies in Alabama).”

As the team looks ahead, Matt Curtis Real Estate remains committed to raising the bar in service, innovation and community impact . . . proving year after year that “Who You Hire MATTers,” Curtis said citing their motto.
