Madison students named to Columbia College dean's list
The following students from the Madison area have been named to the Columbia College dean's list for the early fall season 2002: David Balwinski, Stephanie Bennett, Edna Holley, John Hughes, Christopher Jones, Shane Pollard, Edwin Rodriguez, Earnest Watkins, Chris Coleman, Larry Mangus, and Gary Gutshall.
Madison woman enrolls at Lipscomb University
Sara Wadley of Madison has enrolled at Lipscomb University.
Wadley is a pre-architecture major. Lipscomb is associated with the Churches of Christ.
Local resident participates in educational tour to Chicago
Matt Price of Madison recently participated in an educational tour of several religious establishments in Chicago.
Price, along with 45 other students from Harding University, spent three days in Chicago encountering various world religions. The trip is the culmination of a class, "Living World Religions," taught by Dr. Monte Cox, director of the Center for World Missions at Harding University.
