Madison police arrest three in shooting

By Staff
Madison Inv. Tim Albright said three young men are in custody following a shooting incident that left David Christopher Deheve, 20, in critical condition.
The shooting occurred June 17 at 102 Springwater Dr. at approximately 6:25 p.m. Police found Deheve in the driveway of the residence with a single gunshot wound to the chest.
Albright said the shooting investigation is ongoing and was apparently the result of a previous altercation between Deheve and those arrested.
Christopher Wayne Malone, 18, of Huntsville, and Ryan Nicholas Mooneyham, 18, of Madison, were charged with attempted murder. William Howard Shager, 18, Madison was charged with second-degree assault.
Bonds were set at $20,000 for each of the three men.
Albright said the men turned themselves in. He credited the broadcast media for their help in publicizing the search for the alleged shooters.
