Steven Lee Butler, 44, of Madison, died June 24, 2010.
He is survived by his wife, Tracy Butler; children, Sam, Max, Spencer and Molly; his parents, Lee and Johnnie Butler; mother-in-law, Judy Ford; sister-in-law, Leigh Ann Harwell; and niece, Kendall Harwell.
Visitation was held at Providence Baptist Church. Memorial service followed with Pastor Jeff Smith officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Westminster Christian Academy, 237 Johns Road, Huntsville, AL 35806.
