Absolute Nutrition, originally based out of Decatur, has a new location in Madison. After many customers where making the haul to Decatur from the Madison area, Matt McLellan and partner Josh Ridenour, knew they needed to open another location in the Madison area to serve their customers better.
Matt McLellan (sole owner of Decatur store and co-owner of Madison store) became interested in nutrition after his roommate from college gained 20 pounds of muscle. McLellan become curious as to how he did it. McLellan went into research mode and launched Absolute Nutrition to help others gain muscle in a healthy way and give his customers options for a lifestyle change to better their health.
“We offer a variety of some of the best sports nutrition and weight loss products on the market,” McLellan said. “We sort through the junk and hype for you, and carry the products that actually work.” Not only are their products carefully ordered for the best ingredients and results, they also offer price matching.
“We strive to deliver the best prices and service possible, but if for some reason there is a lower price available, we agree to pass that along to our customers as well,” he said.
Absolute Nutrition specializes in helping their customers make the best decisions and choices for their workout needs and prides themselves on their expertise that you won’t find at local superstores.
“At Absolute Nutrition, we don’t just sell products; we sell solutions and provide knowledge and education to our customers,” he said. “We want you to understand why a product benefits you and the why it is right for your goals. We are not here to sell you something you don’t need.”
McLellan said the business determines a customer’s goals and where they want to go, and then help them get there. He said Absolute Nutrition is not focused on just the dollar signs, but at delivering results and building confident relationships with our customers, all while offering affordable prices.
