West Madison accepting donations for Mary Ann Pease

Mary Ann Pease, bus driver for Bus 09-14 with Madison City Schools, survived the March 2 tornado, but her Hazel Green home was totally destroyed. West Madison Elementary School is collecting funds to help their former bus driver with expenses. Parents can send donations in an envelope to school with their child.

Residents can take donations to the West Madison office, 4976 Wall Triana. Donations will buy gift cards to Target or WalMart.

Pease was recently featured in the “Progress 2012 — 24 Hours in Madison County” magazine, published by the Madison Record.
