Jack T. Darwin; May 18, 2012

Jack T. Darwin, 75, of Madison, passed away Friday, May 18.

Mr. Darwin was a member of Central Presbyterian Church, and retired from Wyle Laboratories.

Survivors include his wife, Betty J. Darwin; son, Samuel J. Darwin (Traci Flanders); brother, Jeff Donald Darwin (Dorothy H.); granddaughters, Jessica Suzanne Darwin and Ashlee Katherine Darwin; and nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation was from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, May 20 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service was at 11 a.m. Monday, May 21 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Maple Hill Cemetery, Inc.
