Chase Matthew Montoya was born Oct. 15, 2012 at Crestwood Medical Center to Scott and Meliss Montoya of Albuquerque, NM.

He weighed seven pounds fifteen ounces and measured 20 inches.

Grandparents are Stacy Herig of Corrales, NM; Ralph Davidson, Corrales, NM; Jo Schwartzman of Albuquerque, NM; and Steve Stubbs of Phoenix, Ariz.

Great-grandparents are Ric and Carol Herig of Corrales, NM; and Sue Schwartzman of Albuquerque, NM.

Chase has one sibling, Logan Charles Montoya, three and half.
