Bette Jo Mack; Dec. 23, 2012

Bette Jo Mack, 76, of Madison passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012 at her residence.

Mrs. Mack is survived by her husband, Dudley Mack; three sons, Mike (Renee) Mack, Steve (Rupal) Mack and Marty Mack; one daughter, Kimberly (Steve) Murry; grandchildren Ryan, Abby, Zack, Mallory, Braden, Sam, Ashley, Madeline and Megan; two great-grandchildren Kyran and Claire; and one sister, Pat Dunn.

Memorial services were Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at 2 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation was one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association . Berryhill Funeral Home is assisting the family.
