Sci-Quest postpones reopening to Feb. 15

HUNTSVILLE — Sci-Quest Hands-on Science Center is postponing its grand reopening to Feb. 15 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Sci-Quest has moved to 1435 Paramount Drive in Huntsville, which is just north of University Drive and east of Slaughter Road. The postponement resulted from “various time constraints regarding the new location,” Sci-Quest Marketing Manager Jennifer Deermer said.

“Providing a great customer experience has always been a top priority for us. We just realized it would take a little longer than expected to make that happen in our new location,” Sci-Quest Executive Director Cyndy Morgan said.

“We trust our visitors understand and that they’ll be very pleased when they come see us,” Morgan said.

The Paramount Drive location is a temporary location until Sci-Quest can raise the needed funds to relocate in Madison, Deermer said.
