MADISON COUNTY – Christian Women’s Job Corps of Madison County is offering free classes that should help women with job hunting.

The corps now is accepting applications for the Spring 2015 semester.

“Christian Women’s Job Corps is a free, faith-based job readiness program designed to provide experiences and skills that allow our graduates to compete in the job market and create a better life for themselves and their families,” coordinator Susan Elder said.

Women who are thinking about applying can ask themselves: Do I need computer skills? Do I need help with my budget? Am I ready to improve my life?

The free classes also involve GED tutoring, Elder said.
