HUNTSVILLE – Mary Caudle, mayor of the Town of Triana, and other co-authors will conduct a book signing for “Ohhmazing Wellness” on Jan. 26.

Caudle’s event will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the main branch of the Huntsville-Madison County Public Library, 915 Monroe St. in Huntsville. Books will be available for purchase and signing.

In “Ohhmazing Wellness,” Caudle collaborated with 31 beautiful, powerful and courageous women from across the world who shared their personal and authentic stories of empowerment. The book’s subtitle is “Shift Your Vision and Create the Healthy and Happy Lifestyle You Deserve!”

“These courageous women take you on a journey through their lives — revealing their struggle, despair, boldness and triumph and bring you to an inspired space of living and a healthy and happy lifestyle through love, truth and acceptance,” Caudle said.

Caudle’s motivation for the book came from co-author Michelle Grandy. “Michelle presented her vision about … collaborating with women across the world by allowing them to share their stories from the heart,” Caudle said.

In her section of the book, Caudle describes how she keeps leaning forward to reach the goal of entrepreneurship.

As owner of her own business, ASSIST Practice Management Services LLC, Caudle focuses her efforts on consulting with hospitals, federally qualified health centers (FQHC) and physicians. Caudle assists these revenue departments with prerequisites and experience in improving collections.

Caudle is serving her second term as Triana mayor. Caudle said she is “devoted to the overall well-being of my community. I strive to be a positive impact through my service and efforts to improve the quality of life for citizens.”

In addition, she works as director of patient accounts at Sequel Youth and Family Services LLC. She is a mother of three children and grandmother of four grandchildren.
