Paula Ann Satterfield, 61, of Madison, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015. Survivors include husband, Jimmie Satterfield; sons, Jimmie Ray Satterfield, II and wife, Vicki, and Whit Satterfield and wife, Susie; brother, Jerry Lucas; sister, Holly Bemish; and grandchildren, Payten, Alex and Katie Ann. Visitation was from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service followed at 2:00 p.m. Friday, February 6, 2015 at the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

MONTEVALLO — More than 870 University of Montevallo students were named to the honor roll for the fall semester.

The President’s List included the names of 534 students. To make the President’s List, a student must earn at least a 3.8 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and be a full-time student at the university.

Dean’s List honors went to 337 students. To make the Dean’s List, a student must earn at least a 3.5 grade point average on a 4.0 scale and be a full-time student at the university.
