Third suspect arrested for Skyline Road murder

MADISON – Madison Police, with the assistance of the Jacksonville Beach, FL, Police Department have located a third suspect in the Skyline Road murder investigation. Eighteen year-old Lucas Ray Kemp, of Toney, was located and detained by the Jacksonville Beach Police Department where he awaits extradition on felony warrants for murder and burglary in the first degree.

Kemp was identified as a suspect in an investigation into an incident that occurred at a residence on Skyline Road in Madison, leaving Robert Luke Pratt dead. Skyline Road is in the Skyline Acres subdivision near Slaughter Road and Madison Pike.

Lucas Ray Kemp was located and detained Thursday in Florida and is currently being held in the Duval County Florida Pre-Trial Detention Facility. Madison Police Detectives will be seeking extradition.

Hunter Mitchell Moore, 18, of Huntsville was arrested Tuesday, and Austin Blake Holmes, 19, of Toney was arrested Thursday in connection with the murder. Both were charged with capital murder and burglary in the first degree. Moore was also charged with attempted murder.
